Information for admission of international students in the faculty (180 ECTS, 240 ECTS)

International students need to submit the following documents:

1.Application form where applicants must indicate the faculty and study program he/she applies for – to fill the forms please CLICK HERE
2.Original high school diploma in English or translated into English with apostille stamp
3.Original high school grade reports in English or translated into English with apostille stamp
4.Original Birth certificate in English or translated into English with apostille stamp
5.Original Certificate of citizenship in English or translated into English with apostille stamp
6.Decision of Nostrification /equivalency of high school diploma of a foreign diploma in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska)
7.Passport copy (with validity period of at least one  year) with apostil stamp not older than 3 months
8.TOEFL (minimum 42 points) or IELTS (minimum 4 points) results * If the candidate for admission to studies does not have the TOEFL (minimum 42 points) or IELTS (minimum 4 points) exam, the candidate  is obliged to take the placement and knowledge exams at the English language school at the University – with additional fee.
9.4 photos size 35x45mm
10.Proof of tuition payment

All documents are to be translated by the official court translator to Bosnian, Serbian or Croatian  language with apostille stamp. Translation can be completed via the University at a predefined price per document.

All documents are to be delivered in person or by post office to the Independent Office for Student Affairs Banja Luka (Veljka Mlađenovića 12 e, 78000 Banja Luka), no later than the end of the enrollment period for current school year.

            The enrollment procedure for students coming from visa regime countries starts earlier (app. beginning of July). Should you need more information please do not hesitate to contact the International Relations Office via e-mail.

2.Original and certified copy of the diploma for the previous education and Certificate of grades achieved during the studies into English or translated into English with apostille stamp
3.Curriculum Vitae and Motivational letter in English
4.Original Birth certificate in English or translated to English with apostille stamp
5.Original Certificate of citizenship in English or translated to English with apostille stamp
6.Decision of Nostrification /equivalency of qualification a higher education diploma
7.Passport copy (with validity period of at least one two years) with apostille stamp, not older than 3 months
8.TOEFL (minimum 42 points) or IELTS (minimum 4 points) results * If the candidate for admission to studies does not have the TOEFL (minimum 42 points) or IELTS (minimum 4 points) exam, the candidate  is obliged to take the placement and knowledge exams at the English language school at the University – with additional fee.

VISA

Information for issuing a visa of Bosnia and Herzegovina

International students need to submit the following documents in embassy or consulate of Bosnia and Herzegovina :

1.Photocopy of passport
2.Confirmation of enrollment at an educational institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina
3.Proof of secured funds needed for support for the school year in the amount of 400.00 BAM per month  
4.Medical attestation issued no later than three months prior to the date of submitted application indicating that the alien does not suffer from a disease presenting a threat to public health in BiH, issued by the competent medical institution for conducting medical checks, translated into English
5.Proof of temporary accommodation provided for a foreigner
6.Attestation of the competent authority in the alien’s country of origin confirming that no criminal proceedings and penalty for criminal acts have been imposed against him/her (Such certificate will not be issued no later than three months before the date of submission of the visa application
7.Consular visa issuance fee
8.Invitation letter
