Догађај ,,Обука мјешовитих студентских тимова о интеграцији родне равноправности”, одржаће се 12. маја 2025. године онлајн у 12:00 часова, у склопу пројекта ,,Gender Equality in Academia and Research – 101129408 – GEAR – ERASMUS – EDU -2023 – ЦБХЕ (полна једнакост у академском и истраживачком окружењу), у којем учествује и наш универзитет.

Обуку ће провести проф. др Аурелија Новелскаитė и Марија Норваишаитė.
Обука ће се одржати на енглеском језику.

Independent University Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina has the
honor and pleasure to invite members of domestic and international scientific community and
interested experts to submit scientific or expert papers and take part in scientific conference
with international participation: “FUTURE, RESEARCH AND EXPECTATIONS IN
SCIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND ASPIRATIONS” – FRESKA, under the topic
„CORPORATE ORDER – AN IMPERATIVE OF THE NEW GEOSTRATEGIC
PARADIGM”. The conference will take place in Banja Luka on the 16 th of November 2023.
The Conference will be held by a combined model of online participation or personal
presence.
The Steering Board of the Independent University Banja Luka – has proposed topics as
follows:
SECTION 1. SOCIO-ECONOMIC, LEGAL, AND POLITICAL ASPECT

1. Ideology convergences;
2. Inclusive political institutions;
3. The international legal aspect of the corporate
   order;
4. Bilateral relations of states or corporations;
5. Corporate order as liberalization or the beginning of
   hegemony;
6. Multipolarity versus corporate order;
7. Divergence of socio-economic development of
   countries in the corporate order;
8. Economic system in the world of inclusive capital partners;
9. Manifestations and perception of economic inequality of citizens in the corporate order;
10. Geopolitics of
    energy corridors in the corporate order;
11. Neocolonialism of the corporate order in the era of
    neomercantilism;
12. The impact of the deglobalization of the monetary system on the corporate order;
13. Dynamics and scale of development of financial markets in the corporate order;

15. The possibility and objectives of the introduction of universal digital currency in
    the corporate order;
16. The impact of debt colonialism of the IMF on the creation of corporate order;

SECTION 2. INFORMATIONAL – IT – SECURITY ASPECT

1. Conflict potential of the corporate order;
2. Corporate order – centralized or decentralized security system;
3. National identity of nations or corporations;
4. The “religion” of corporations as a factor in the persecution/suppression of traditional religions;
5. Vectors of the evolution of the military-political blocks of corporations;
6. The use of non-military measures to ensure the interests of the corporate order;
7. Principles of operational use of troop formations and forces in operational areas of the corporate state;
8. Mental security strategy in the corporate order;
9. The problem of attribution of information sources as a factor of international security in the corporate order;
10. Multi-intelligent networked military systems and their tactics at the service of corporate order…

SECTION 3. EDUCATIONAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT

1. Education system in the corporate order;
2. The status of national cultural institutions in a world of corporate hegemony;
3. Development of new energy production systems;
4. Ecological policy in the corporate order system;
5. Geopolitics of natural resources in the corporate order;
6. Decarbonization as a tool of capital partners’ hegemony;
7. Whose are our natural resources in the corporate order?;
8. People’s/nation’s dependence on the energy independence of corporations…

Authors are free to suggest additional topics of their choice if the topics are within the
scope of the conference subject.
The goal of the Conference is to bring together the most eminent experts (researchers and
practitioners) from the region and the world, who will present the latest knowledge and
opportunities that meet the new geostrategic paradigm – corporate order, through a
multidisciplinary approach.

themes/summaries will be notified of acceptance according to the dates posted below.
SPEAKING LANGUAGE OF THE CONFERENCE IS ENGLISH.
Applications must contain (no particular application form):
-First and last name alongside the academic title of author;
-Name of the author’s home institution;
Authors contact (e-mail, phone number, and address), with the author’s indication for
correspondence in all phases of reviews and publishing, if there is more than 1 author.
Papers that get positive reviews will be published in the Conference Proceeding of the
scientific conference FRESKA2023.
Authors have to observe the writing standards found in the attachment. Papers that are
not written in accordance with the suggested technical manual will not be accepted.
During the review period, the review board will categorize all received works by:
Categories of scientific works:
− Original scientific paper
− Review scientific paper
− Short scientific article
− Scientific critique, polemic, or overview
− Presentation from scientific meeting
− Expert work
Important dates:
− until 1 st Јuly 2023. – application of participation and admission of abstracts of papers.

− until 15. July 2023. – notification to author/s about acceptance of theme and abstract
of work.
− until 1 st September 2023. – admission of complete papers.
− 16. November 2023. – Conference (schedule of scientific conference will be delivered
subsequently to participants).
The Conference Fee is EUR 50.00 or the equivalent in Convertible Mark (BAM) and provides
the attendees access to the conference and they receive only one printed copy of the
Conference proceedings book, publication of the paper, certificate, accompanying and
promotional material, coffee breaks, etc.
Online participation, the Conference Fee is EUR 30.00 or the equivalent in Convertible Mark
(BAM) and provides the attendees access to the Conference and they receive only one printed
copy of the Conference proceedings book, publication of the paper, certificate.
Online participation, the Conference Fee is EUR 25.00 or the equivalent in Convertible Mark
(BAM) and provides the attendees access to the Conference and they receive only one digital
(PDF) copy of the Conference proceedings book, publication of the paper, certificate.
Participation in the Conference, the Conference Fee is EUR 20 or the equivalent in
Convertible Mark (BAM) and ensures attendance at the work part of the Conference.
Payment of the Registration Fee for participants without publication of paper can also be
made at the meeting itself with prior notice to the organizers at the e-mail freska@nubl.org.
The deadline for payment of the registration fee is November 1 st , 2023.
For participants with publication of the paper, the deadline for payment of the Registration
Fee is October, 1 st 2023 (per participant).
Payment of registration fees to the account of the Independent University of Banja Luka,
number 562-099-80668315-73 – NLB Razvojna banka Banja Luka. Information regarding
foreign payments of registration fees can be received by email freska@nubl.org.
The confirmation of the paid Registration Fee should be attached when registering at the
Conference or to the email address freska@nubl.org.

Independent University Banja Luka, Technical University of Cluj Napoca, North University Center of Baia Mare and University of Applied Sciences Kempten, have the pleasure and honor to invite you to the International Conference INNOVATIVE IDEAS IN SCIENCE – IIS2023, which will take place in Banja Luka on 21-22th September 2023, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The conference aims to provide an opportunity for academics, researchers and other participants, to debate new achievements or concepts, maintain direct contact among professionals, opening and developing new research directions, approaches and innovative practices within the continually progressing world.

The conference proposes to unite different fields of science under the idea of developing works and future interdisciplinary projects. We wish to identify the possibility of creating some research consortia for the dissemination of valuable research results to tackle projects and participate in European research programs.

• We will organize a Video-conference session for registered speakers who do not have the possibility to travel to the conference location.

• Following a review process, the papers accepted and presented in IIS2023 will be published in a BDI Journal.
